Creators who don’t use InfluConnections. When a brand searches, we look up public TikTok profile information (name, bio, follower counts, recent public videos) in real time through a third-party data provider. We do not store that information in our database; responses may be cached for up to one hour to keep the service fast. Brands can save a creator’s @handle to their favorites.
Creators with an account. We store the profile you fill in, your verified TikTok handle and the statistics we calculate from your public videos, so brands can see them. You can hide your profile from brands at any time in Profile & Settings.
Brands. We store your company details, campaigns, the applications you receive and your messages.
Videos uploaded by creators are private: only the creator and the brand of the campaign they applied to can watch them.
